RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

No refunds accepted, no exceptions. We take pride in providing the best quality products to our clients. Only exchanges will be accepted. We must be notified within 72 hours from the time received.  Please contact our office for further questions.

How long should I expect my items to ship?

Processing of the items take 3-5 days. We only use priority shipping for our products. Your product should arrive 2-4 days after shipping. International Shipping may require a longer time frame based on the country that it is going to. We are not responsible for any importing fees charged by the country for international orders.

Why does the billing and shipping address on my order have to match?

In order to maintain a fraud-free environment we require that the billing and shipping address on every order matches or we will cancel your order.
